2. What is Sigma? This section begins with an overview covering the evolution of quality. It introduces what is sigma and it’s two meanings and the sigma levels.
3. What is Six Sigma? This covers the meaning of Six Sigma, the 7 quality control Levels. It further covers the origin of six sigma concept, its growth and the companies that have adopted and implemented the Six Sigma program.
