    PPT Covers:
    1. Habit 4 Of Highly Effective People Stephen Covey PPT
    2. Habit 4 - Think Win-Win. Habit 4 is part of the 2nd triangle of Public Victory in the Maturity Continuum Model of 7 Habits of highly effective people. The first triangle makes way for the second triangle. The first triangle habits lead to Private victory and the development of character. Habit 4 can be studied in 5 parts as given below.
    3. Part I - Win-Lose Conditioning. The second Triangle of Public Victory essentially teaches habits that lead to dealing with others and managing our relationships with them that lead to successful agreements. This brings us to first look at the existing paradigm of how we relate to others. In the world we live in, the social mirrors around us have conditioned us to compete with others, contest with others, and have us conditioned to a personal disposition of win-at-any-cost that leads to a win-lose mindset. This has resulted into a zero sum game and in turn has created a lot of anxiety, and makes one feel threatened when they see someone more competent around them. This state of fear reflects within them feelings of loss of power, control and somehow losing their own unique advantage. This drives such people to play on the win-lose game and use politics and control to stay in the game.
    4. Part II - The Win-Win Mindset. This section discusses the win-win mindset in great details exploring what win-win mindset means and where it originates. Win-Win Habit is the habit of mutual benefit; it reflects the spirit of cooperation and the idea of abundance that there is plenty for each of us individually and together. This is based on the progressive belief that we can nurture competency high than our own and share knowledge, profits, recognition, trusting each other instead of being threatened by it in the first place. By Win-win interactions a likely transformation takes place in our natures that leads to new creations. This is only possible for those who have mastered Habits 1to 3 and the triangle of Private Victory.
    5. Part III - No Deal. This section also explores the practical possibility of a ‘no deal’ situation. In such a transaction no deal itself means a win-win as a liberating option out of a situation for both you and the other person.
    6. Part IV - The 4 Dimension of Win-Win. This section breaks down the win-win into 4 dimensions. These four dimensions are discussed and explained here as Character, Relationships, Agreements, and Win-Win systems and Processes.
    7. Part V - Win-Win Agreements. The focus of this section is managing win-win agreements. What does an effective person do? An effective person manages an agreement instead of managing people. The 5 considerations of win-win agreements are shared here. The section ends with the qualities one has to develop for achieving a win-win agreement as win-win are tougher initially compared to win-lose. They require an internal balance of courage and consideration that leads to maturity. And maturity is a product of integrity and integrity is being principle centered.
