    2. Why we need Leaders? This section covers why we need leaders in the first place. The need for having leaders is linked to survival, purpose and achievement and these three factors continue to dominate our everyday life in seeking a fulfillment. Leaders naturally fill this role by providing us motivation, inspiration and their support. Thus we need leaders because we have an inherent desire to be led.
    3. How to become a leader? This section explores a definitive list of things you must have to become a good leader. A leader is someone who inspires others to find a purpose or follow one. Thus to be a leader one must have a mindset that aligns their dreams, desires, vision and goals and more.
    4. Attitudes of a Good Leader. This section looks at the key attitudes that helps one maintain the mindset of a leader. Leadership is really a state of mind and a state of mind works well with the right positive attitude, an always ‘I can’ attitude, having patience and tolerance of others, respectful of other people, committed to goals, and ready to take decisions.
    5. Role of a Leader. This section explores questions like what must a leader do and what role does he enact and what are the expectations from his role as a leader? It states in 10 points the role of a leader.
    6. Who is a Leader? This section lists 10 points that are about leaders. A Leader is – one how has a great vision and works hard to see it fulfilled; one who creates change and leads change; one how empowers his followers; one how discusses and solves problems; one how helps his team arrive at better decisions; one who inspires people while walking on the road that is less travelled; one who sets and achieves goals; one who delegates authority and develops his team; one who stays open to change and new ideas; one who has faith in his people’s ability, creativity and inspires innovation.
    7. Principles of an Extraordinary Leader. This section lists 7 principles of an extraordinary leader. They are - an extraordinary leader is strong but not rude; is kind but not weak; is bold but not a bully; is thoughtful while taking action but not lazy; is proud but not arrogant; is humble but not timid; is Witty and not Silly. It also lists the qualities of an extraordinary leader.
    8. Know Yourself. Are you a leader? Do you consider yourself one? This section lists several questions you must ask yourself to know yourself better. It has tips to guide you and comfort you as you go about self answering the questions asked. These questions are aimed to bring clarity in you that will help you build your visions as leader.
    9. Quotes from Leaders. This section has 7 famous quotes on leadership by Mahatma Gandhi, Buddha, Barack Obama, Jesus Christ, Abdul Kalam, William Arthur Ward.
    10. Leadership Tools. This section is about tools for leaders. It lists Hard Skills, Mind Management, Mind Mapping, SWOT Analysis, and Soft Skills as tools that can you must use to train yourself in becoming a leader.
    11. Developing People Skills. All the above 5 tools are explained with emphasis on Soft Skills of a Leader which are Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Listening skills, Social behavior, Negotiation Skills, Personal Integrity and Personal appearance, Time Management, Money Management, and Learning skills.
