    2. The Stress Warp. For an individual there a certain things that makes up his world. These are his job work or line of business, his family and relationships. He lives within each of these environment spending his energy and efforts trying to reach his goals. However each area that he spends his time in, to achieve his goals, he has to go through a multitude of situations and relationships with other people. It is in the dealing of these relationships where the goals of others may conflict with his own thus resulting into stress. This conflict of goals and ideas may happen with co-workers, employees and family members and the individual’s inability to resolve them ultimately develops as a stress response within him. When an individual is caught up into conflicts that begin affecting every other relationship then it is called a Stress Warp – a stressed-out state that he begins living in devoid of joy, peace and fulfillment.
    3. Managing Stress - Identifying the sources of stress. Stress is a result of conflict and conflict can be arising from thoughts, emotions, schedule and the way an individual deals with problems. It is therefore essential to identify the sources of stress. This section goes into where one can find the true source of stress – internally in your thoughts, feelings and behavior that may come from your own habits and attitudes. The identification of the sources of stress begins with acceptance of the responsibility and role that an individual plays in creating stress within himself.
    4. Managing Stress - The Unhealthy and Healthy Way to manage stress. This section goes into the ways people cope with stress. Unhealthy ways to manage stress are addictions to external stimulants and relaxants, over eating or under eating, engaging into activities for endless hours, withdrawing from relationships, sleeping too much, procrastinating, getting angry on others, and filling up hours with useless activities to avoid facing the real problems. Healthy Ways to manage stress include focusing on doing things that make you feel calm, and dealing with stress situations with the four A’s method.
    5. Stress Management Strategies. This section explores 6 Stress Management Strategies and how they can be implemented. Strategy 1 - Avoid Unnecessary Stress, Strategy 2 - Alter The Situation, Strategy 3 - Adapt To The Stressor, Strategy 4 - Accept The Things You Can’t Change, Strategy 5 - Make Time For Fun And Relaxation, Strategy 6 - Adopt A Healthy Lifestyle. Each of these 6 effective stress management strategies are explained in great detail with situational examples and suggested actions. This section also includes a d-i-y self-help checklist that you can use consciously to see how well you have implemented your strategies and how they have been working for you to bring about a change in reducing your own stress.     6. Managing Stress - Supporting your partner in times of stress. This section explores on developing the awareness necessary to deal with your companions when they are going through stress.
