You will learn about the 4 letter combinations that each person undergoing the MBTI test eventually gets as a result. Each of these 16 Personality Type combinations have been painstakingly explained in great detail. This Session further discusses MBTI Applications in real world areas like personnel development and careers, learning styles, communication, teambuilding, leadership, counseling etc. and even at the workplace. Incase if you feel motivated to have a first-hand experience of a personality-based psychometric test, we have included an external link below for a sample test "similar" to MBTI. Please note undergoing these Sessions do not qualify you as an MBTI practitioner in any sense. - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® For Everybody II
- MBTI 16 Distinctive Personality Types. MBTI For Everybody Session I covered MBTI theory, psychological types, 4 dichotomies and 8 type preferences. After taking the test each person gets a result in the form of a 4 letter code that is his personality type. The section of the MBTI For Everybody Session II begins with the 16 Distinctive Personality Types. Each letter in the 4 Letter code represents a different part of your personality. The 1st and the 4th letter in your type are called attitudes and orientations and the 2nd and 3rd letters in the middle are called your mental functions. Your personality type is the combination of 4 such letters out of the 16 combinations possible as you naturally prefer one.
